Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Feentra platform and services operated by Feentra ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To use Feentra, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Feentra in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to:
- Submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Feentra (feedback, comments, ideas). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service.
If you operate a feedback board (as a Feentra customer), you are responsible for the content submitted by your end users and for moderating your boards.
4. Service Plans and Billing
Feentra offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
- Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Intellectual Property
Feentra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Feentra integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Jira, Asana, Slack, Stripe, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feentra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Feentra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
