Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using the Feentra platform. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Feentra to host, submit, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law
  • Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
  • Includes personal information of others without consent
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is sexually explicit or exploitative
  • Promotes violence or self-harm
  • Is spam, phishing, or deceptive

2. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Manipulate voting through bots, fake accounts, or automated tools
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Overload or disrupt the service through excessive requests
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or advertisements
  • Resell access to the platform without our written consent

3. Board Operator Responsibilities

If you operate a feedback board on Feentra, you are responsible for:

  • Moderating content submitted by your users
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws
  • Providing appropriate privacy notices to your end users
  • Responding to data subject requests from your end users

4. API and Integration Use

If you use Feentra's integrations (GitHub, Jira, Asana, webhooks), you must:

  • Use integrations only for their intended purpose
  • Not use integrations to exfiltrate data in bulk
  • Comply with the third-party service's terms of use

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including:

  • Removing prohibited content
  • Issuing warnings
  • Temporarily suspending accounts
  • Permanently terminating accounts
  • Reporting to law enforcement if required

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@feentra.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
